Technique to use as backgrounds or on Fabric!

I love saving money and I am sure this is not new out but i started doing this with my mixed media art to save money on stamps...so I decided to share my little bit...I took a foam sheet and drew and doodled on it...I love doing mixed media and layers and this is helpful. You can cut in small pieces or leave big...I used a ball point pen and drew hard....then I inked it up with my staz-on ink pad...or you could use a light layer of paint...turned it over on my sketch paper...it could be your canvas, wood or use fabric paint and do it on muslin! And you have a great print you made yourself!
