NEW OBSESSION ATC's

I am a woman obsessed! I have learned about a new craft called ATC--- artists trading cards. I am very new to this but think it is sooooo great for every artist out there! It helps when your mind is clogged and frozen or u need inspiration. Its a little piece of art!! A wonderful way to start the kids with crafting or to tap into their artsy side! Here is 2 pics of my first ones. My daughter helped with the pink one. Im addicted!!!!

My daughters first scarf

My daughter has made her first scarf and its a gift for her busdriver!!! I am so proud! She is 9---its all knit stitch but beautiful all the same!!! She is very talented I must say

My famous last words!! Do all knitters say that? My husband knows those words all too well!! The worst thing is I have to end on wrong side row so when i pick it up again i start a new row...hahaha
I love to knit...its so rewarding and relaxing but sometimes I cant get motivated to start it. Its like reading...I know I want to read the book (or start the knitting project) but i know life will interupt.. kids---dinner----husband---phone....whatever...so weird as it sounds sometimes i just would rather not start????? Does it make sense? Its like having sooo much to do and being so overwhelmed that you dont do anything? maybe i put too much emphasis on everything being almost perfect for me to do anything.....maybe i need to loosen up......boy, that might be a new years resolution!!!!!

New scarf

I saw in a knitting book--i cant for the life of me remember what book-- a scarf that you knit..and then every 4 inches or so, you crochet on fringe. It is the cutest thing I have ever seen!! I am knitting a purple on and will do white and purple fringe on it! Has anyone seen this?
