chicken cutlets (purdue has thin cut)
lemon juice
capers
mushrooms
salt
pepper
garlic powder
white wine
chicken broth low fat
1 clove garlic
capers
Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic powder
Spray PAM and brown chicken in pan
take chicken out and add 1 can of chciken broth
chopped garlic clove
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup lemon juice
mushrooms
bring to boil and then down to simmer
add chicken back in simmer 15-20 minutes and then add capers
Serve with roasted potatoes
